In the last two months of 2019, the number of houses sold to foreigners increased by 18.95 percent compared to the same period of the previous year and rose to 36 thousand 197 units.
The total number of housing sales to foreigners, which were 39 thousand 663 units in the whole of last year, is expected to be around 45 thousand at the end of this year.
January-October this year, according to the nationality of the 10-month period between the first citizens of 20 countries that perform most housing purchases from Turkey were as follows:
