The first phase of the Rehabilitation and Improvement project, which will be built by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and to be implemented in two stages in Uzungöl, which is within the boundaries of Çaykara district, which is approximately 78 kilometers from the city center of Trabzon, and is a special environmental protection zone, is put out to tender on 30 June. The project, which will use environmentally friendly materials with natural and visual aesthetics, aims to reorganize Uzungöl and its surroundings together with recreative areas.
“In the Uzungöl Rehabilitation and Improvement Project, the first phase works involving the construction of 2 thousand meters of wooden railing, pavement, basalt curbs and rolled grass were approved by the decision of the Trabzon Regional Commission for the Protection of Natural Heritage.
